SET button cycles through display of brightness, leadscrew pitch, stepper microsteps, stepper resolution, encoder resolution, and back to normal operation.
Any display will timeout in a couple seconds if the cycle isn't completed.
When displaying brightness, + and - buttons cycle brightness through five levels.
